Bullying is when someone repeatedly hurts or threats you. It may come in many ways like in a text, in a e-mail, on the bus at school, at home, anywhere even in your neighborhood. Whenever it happens, it is NOT acceptible.
Whether you see someone getting bullied or you are getting bullied, there is alot you can do. You can get an adult to split up the fight, or you can split them up yourself. The best thing to do is to SPEAK UP.
You have to talk to an adult if you are being bullied, or if your friend is. Talk to a teacher about it, your parents, even your principal. Remember, telling an adult is not tattling or sniching. Your helping someone out.
Saying a few words to the person that was bullied makes them feel alot better. Try this, "I'm sorry that happened to you, are you ok?" Let them know that it was not thier fault.
Volenteer in your school's preventing bullying from happening program. Encourage kids to not be afraid to speak up. Together, we can all stop bullying. So, speak up.
